Registration
For each accepted paper (research, short, demo, poster, workshop and tutorial), at least one author needs to have a regular (i.e., non-student) registration. This regular registration should be done before July 15, 2025, to have their paper included in the conference proceedings. If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate regular (i.e., non-student) registration.

Both 4-Days registration types include:
- Admission to a very strong technical program comprising technical sessions, keynotes, tutorials, and specialized workshops.
- Coffee breaks from Tuesday, September 23 to Friday, September 26.
- Lunch from Tuesday, September 23 to Thursday, September 25.
- All social events that include: Walking Tour, Welcome Reception, and Conference Dinner.
Student registrations include everything included in the corresponding non-student registrations. Students will be requested to upload a valid student card or a corresponding student certificate during the registration process.
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Cancellation Policy
The registrations are binding and non-refundable. According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi .
